Loren Beld starting working in the dirt-moving business in 1996 when he bought his first skidsteer, under the name of L&S Bobcat Service.  As the business grew and his experience in the field deepened, he bought a mini-excavator, and later a full-size excavator.

From there, we have continued to grow, providing excavating and underground plumbing services for both commercial and residential projects throughout northeast South Dakota.  In 2008, the business incorporated as LL & Sons Excavating, Inc. and currently has 9 full-time and 2 part-time employees.

We continue to take care of both our long-time and newest customers, from the smallest water leak to large commercial projects.
